Permanent roof top anchor w/ detatchable D-ring

3M DBI-SALA 2104541 – While the anchor is permanently installed into a wooden frame, the D-ring can be removed and reinserted at will. This anchor is compatible with wooden frame structures ranging from 2x6 to 2x8. Included with the anchor is a leak proof flashing designed to prevent water damage to the rooftop.
