Shipping & Delivery

We offer a variety of UPS shipping options to suit your needs:

  • UPS Ground – Delivery in 1–5 business days

  • UPS 3-Day Select – Delivery in 3 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air – Delivery in 2 business days

  • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M. – Delivery in 2 business days by 12:00 PM

  • UPS Next Day Air – Next business day delivery by 12:00 PM

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver – Next business day delivery by 4:30 PM

Please note: Transit times exclude weekends and holidays.

Real-Time Shipping Rates

Our shopping cart includes a real-time shipping rate calculator to provide accurate shipping costs at checkout.
At our discretion, we may ship products directly from the manufacturer. Shipping rates shown at checkout still apply in these cases.

Important:
Large or heavy items are not eligible for free ground shipping.

Delays & Charges

  • Weather delays: UPS does not guarantee delivery times in the event of weather-related disruptions. We are not responsible for delays caused by such conditions.

  • Shipping charges: All shipping and freight charges are prepaid and added to your order total. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees if an error in calculation occurs at checkout.

  • Lead times: While most orders ship the same or next business day, availability may be affected by stock shortages, high demand, or manufacturing delays. Displayed lead times are estimates and subject to change.

Stock & Backorders

  • Most in-stock orders ship the same or next business day.

  • Orders for non-stock items or large quantities may take longer.

  • We will notify you of backorders whenever possible.

If your order is time-sensitive, please call or email us—we’ll do everything we can to expedite it.

Some shipping charges (especially for bulk orders or oversized items) may be added after checkout. In such cases, we will provide a freight quote before shipping.

International Orders (Canada)

Customs fees, brokerage charges, duties, and taxes for shipments to Canada are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns

All returns must be made within 20 days of delivery and require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Restocking fees may apply.
