3M DBI-SALA AN112A eyebolt anchor is a compact fall arrest anchor point which can be bolted or welded into concrete & steel decking, columns and structures.
This anchor is small – just 1.4″ x 0.25″ x 2″ – but can support up to 5,000 lbs. It provides an excellent fall arrest anchor point and can be installed just about anywhere. The AN111A features a 1/2″ mounting bolt – is made from high strength corrosion-resistant steel and finished with corrosion resistant plating.
Unthreaded eyebolt anchor also available.

Product was advertised as stainless steel, took over a month to receive, once received found that they shipped a zinc plated steel instead and was told the stainless option was discontinued even though the factory 3m tag had the option to select stainless.
